Volunteer at the PEACE Center teaching adults in our community basic computer skills. Class curriculum covers a foundational level of understanding in 3 core programs of Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. The workshop also covers the basics of computer hardware, software, and how each of these components interact with each other (this is offered the first week of class and is optional).
Volunteers must be Saddleback Church members, (baptism, CLASS 101, signed the Membership Covenant) and be able to serve 2 hours weekly during the class session, (sessions run approx. 6-8 consecutive weeks once a quarter).
